A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have a right to cancel under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Marten Bunge, sol-production, An der Wielermaar 125, 51143 Cologne, Germany, Tel.: +491757347405, Email: solproduction@gmx.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who at the time of contract conclusion are not residents of any European Union member state and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

  2. Please do not send goods back to us postage due.

  3. The above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right to cancel.
